Maurice spent the last two summers at Greenwood Music Camp in western Massachusetts, and attended Interlochen in 2015. This past season he was one of the youngest members of the top orchestra at the Chicago Youth Symphony Orchestras.
Maurice currently studies cello with Stephen Balderston and piano with Ivana Bukvich. When he’s not playing music or attending school, Maurice plays ice hockey and tennis. Maurice is a rising freshman at the high school of the Laboratory Schools of the University of Chicago.
